Nutrition support built for the way you live.

Whether you're training for a race, managing IBS symptoms, navigating menopause, or working a demanding job, one-to-one nutrition counselling adapts based on your situation.

It’s time to stop white-knuckling your nutrition.

Whether it was the meal plan that didn't account for your schedule…

The program that assumed you had two hours to cook…

Or the advice that flatly ignored what your body is actually going through right now…

You lost the thread.

It's not that you lack motivation.

It's that none of this advice was built for you specifically.

The longer you keep patching your nutrition together with tools that weren’t designed for your life, the further you fall from what you’re after:

  • Feel good in your body and understand what it needs

  • Guidance from a real human—someone who will listen, ask the right questions, and give you honest answers…without keeping you dependent on them forever

  • Finally stop second-guessing every decision around food and know what works for you

What you get through 1:1 nutrition counselling…

And why cookie-cutter programs and generic advice don’t come close.

  • We start with a real conversation. This means your plan starts from an accurate picture of where you are, instead of assuming where you are, based on past clients.

  • The recommendations you receive are grounded in current research and applied to your life. You can finally stop cross-referencing it against whatever you saw online last week.

  • We create the plan together…which means you know why you're doing what you're doing. So when life shifts (and it will), you can adapt without starting from scratch.

  • You have complete autonomy over how many follow-up sessions to book. This means you’ll always have a place to come back to when new questions come up…

Without being locked into a subscription you don't need.

How it works

Step 1

Fill out the inquiry form

Send a brief message through the inquiry form about your goals. I review each inquiry personally and respond to let you know whether your area of need is within my area of expertise, or whether another registered dietitian might be a better fit.

Step 2

Nutrition assessment (60 mins)

If it's a good fit, you'll book a one-hour initial consult ($185 CAD). This is where we get into the details: your history, your goals, what you've tried, what's gotten in the way, and what a realistic plan looks like for you specifically.

Step 3

Follow-up session (40 mins)

After your initial assessment, you'll be invited to a follow-up session ($140 CAD per session) to review how things are going, refine the plan, and determine whether additional sessions make sense.

Step 4

Keep going on your terms

Some clients need a few sessions. Others prefer to check in periodically.

You're not locked into anything—the goal is to leave you capable of managing your nutrition independently.

Then, we’ll decide the next best step for your nutrition goals—whether it’s an initial assessment or a referral to another dietitian.

Frequently asked questions

  • Most programs are built around a fixed structure—you fit into it, or you don't. The nutrition coaching that I offer isn’t a program. It's one-to-one support built around your specific goals and what's sustainable for your life. If it's not working, we adjust.

  • No. You can reach out directly. If your goals require coordination with another healthcare provider, that will come up during the assessment.

  • Every insurance provider is different. Please check with your provider to see if registered dietitian services qualify. I provide receipts that you can submit to your insurance company.

  • Based on your inquiry form, I’ll be in touch about next steps. If we’re a good fit, the next step is to meet over an initial 60-minute consultation ($185 CAD).

After this initial consult, we can book a 40-minute follow-up session ($140 CAD) that includes a personalized action plan summary and between-session email support.

Beyond the first follow-up session, you can decide to book how many follow-ups you’d like. This is also $140 CAD per session.

  • That's something I’ll assess before you commit to anything. If another registered dietitian is better positioned to help you, I’ll tell you and point you in the right direction so you don’t have to endlessly search for a better-fit expert.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve curated a rolodex of qualified registered dietitians who are ready to step in.

  • That depends on your goals and how things progress. Some clients need two or three sessions; others check in periodically over time.

There's no minimum commitment—and no pressure to keep booking once you have what you need.

  • I currently provide virtual nutrition counselling to clients across Ontario, Canada.
